Clubs and Classes
Aerobics, karate, kids’ play – whatever kind of class you need space for, we can fit you in. We have two large halls that each accommodate up to 50 people, so there’s plenty of room for running, dancing and jumping about.
Our halls are light and bright with high ceilings and feature windows. As part of your hire, you’ll get a selection of chairs and tables – and there’s usually someone around to help you get set up. You’re also free to use the kitchen, which is conveniently situated between the two halls.
We’re keen to use the fantastic space we have here to bring the Fairfield community together. Our hirers currently include a local wine group and book club – but we’d love to have more of you! So if you’re thinking of setting up a club and need an easy, walk-to venue, do get in touch.

Craft Fairs and Jumble Sales
We occasionally have space to run events like markets, jumble sales and craft fairs on weekend afternoons. If you’re interested please drop us a line.
Children's Parties
And that usually means lots of hyper-excited kids, piles of wrapping paper and sticky fingers all over the place! Or would you rather save your home and sanity and bring your children’s party to us?
We’ve got lots of space for your little ones to run around. You can hire one main hall or two, plus each hall has a sliding wall that connects to our Birch Room – which offers a little bit of additional space for extra seating, setting out food or as a separate chill-out zone for parents.
As for catering, things couldn’t be easier. Your hall hire comes with a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave so you’re good to go if you need hot pizzas and sausage rolls. You’re equally welcome to bring heated trolleys for warming up pre-prepared food.
When it comes to music and entertainment, we’ll let you do it your way. Messy play, bouncy castle, mobile disco, Spotify playlist – you can DIY to get the birthday celebration you want with the suppliers you want. And of course, we’re happy for you to create a great party atmosphere by decorating the hall with balloons and banners (sorry, we have a no selotape and no drawing pins policy – you have to use white tac only).
Our hall is available for children’s parties on Saturdays and Sundays.
Meetings
The Maple room is handy for small meetings and interviews. At 10ft by 15ft it offers a light, bright space for up to eight people.
It’s also ideal if you need a little bit of short-term office space, with enough room for about three tables and a dozen chairs.
You’re in a great location here. Whenever you need a break from your laptop, you can easily walk to our community apple orchards – they’re a peaceful spot if you need to do some head-clearing. You may even see one of the area’s famous black squirrels.
