Movement to Music (12:45 – 1:45) Aimed at those wanting to improve balance; co-ordination; strength and flexibility. Perfect for those who want to keep moving without the intensity of a Keep Fit or Zumba class! Our Movement to Music classes are always popular due to the brilliant music used, details in our exercises and routines, and the fact that our instructors are always tailoring the class to the participants needs and wishes. Come and try some different styles of dance whilst also working on exercises that will help you in every day life!
